Thanks, Mike! I already found an article that interests me...the one on line for a 1wt rod. He has a numbers of suggestions and alternatives. Some good stuff...

I spent a good deal of time reading his articles and scouring this site. The info made me a lot more comfortable before plunging head first into ultralight madness...
