Happy Thanksgiving to all. My oldest daughter (the family's marathon runner) talked us all--wife, youngest daughter, and me--into running the Boise Turkey Day 5K to support the Special Olympics. Lots of fun and now I don't have to feel guilty about eating--or overeating--as much.
