I tried to get Greg to make my net with a hoop size of about 8”. That way all the fish I catch will look like pigs.

Let me preface this post by saying that I think I have more time in this post than I do in the dang net!

I have a great idea to save you time - you build me a net and I will take care of the pictures and the post showing the process. It's a win-win! Seriously though, beautiful net and craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing it all with us! Jon

Thanks everybody! I really appreciate the encouragement and comments. I just hope that I can sell enough to keep doing it. I had a pretty good Christmas shipping out about 12 custom nets as of last week, but I need to get the word out so my backlog grows and I don't have to get a real job and give this up. That is why I have decided to get a booth at the Fly Fishing show in March in Pasadena. Anybody here know anything about setting up a booth??? How about literature? Backdrops? Displays? Signs? All ideas are welcome! I'm flyin blind baby!

Bernard & PapaS, FYI-Mark took me to his secret fishing spots(several), posted these net pics on another site for me, AND gave me a bunch of incredible wood to use for nets. Just sayin....

I knew there was something fishy about that net! That is why a macro lens on my new camera was so important to me.
