rivers of a lost coast

today while I was searching for some thing to tie, I ran across this and wanted to know if any one watched this video and what you thought of it. I have to say by first glance it is something that I do want to watch.

Old news for many of us I think (see: http://www.flyfishingaddicts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2885& ). I find it super fascinating and also sad too. There's a solid entry in the latest Outdoor California about the Russian River which made me think of this movie.

I bought the movie and have watched it a handful of times. Highly recommended! Bittersweet documentary of early, Ca. fly fishing for salmon, and steelhead. Great hearing firsthand stories of the fishery, and the characters involved. Bitter pill to swallow, of what the fishery has become.

PM sent.
