The trout are going to be singing that song by the Gap Band "You Drop The Bomb on Me" after they see these flies tied by tyingfool. Awesome looking flies!

Benny,
Here's a list of materials for the christmas ornaments:

Hook: TMC 2457, Mustad C49S size 14,16
Thread: Ultra 70
Rib: Small copper wire
Bead: Copper, tungsten or brass 7/64"
Body: Holograghic tinsel
Tail: Split brown biots
Wing: Copper UV Polar Chenille material
Thorax: SLF dark reddish brown dubbing
Rubber Legs: Mini Tarantulegs brown

That's gonna be one sweet box o' bugs!
Regards,
Rey

Are there any spots left? I'd like to throw in my Black, Olive, Tan (if I can find more of that color KF) and Pink Lightnin' bugs.

Tight Lines,
Wade

P.S.: Any objections to donating most of my winnings to CFR? I figure I'll keep 2 of each and donate the rest. 1 for pattern and 1 to fish should be enough for me.
I fish for my sanity. If I catch it, should I still practice catch and release?

Sizes are 3 size 10, 3 size 12, 3 size 14 and 8 size 16. All tungsten beads. Copper John assortment.

for the legs I used foft hackle hen saddle patch, Speckled brown. It looked the most realistic for legs that I had in color wise.

what really sucks is I am allergic to birds. I have to handle feathers that have been washed. It seems the hen saddle hackle wasn't washed that great so I was tying them while itching like crazy. At least I have benadryl to help me with that problem. Sucks having a hobby that is fun but makes you hate doing it at the same time.

FYI I've been tying with more synthetics lately, not cuz I'm allergic to furs and feathers, but its more consistent in quality. However, it's tough to beat the look that nature provides us.
