I was exhibiting in Pleasanton this past weekend, and did quite well. I sold 7 nets/commissions, and many accessories including rubber net bags. Moreover, I had a great response from people both attending and exhibiting saying they have never seen anything close to them before. One exhibitor, from a private Colorado ranch, came up at the end of the show and said they were the “Best thing at the show bar none.” Even the show’s owner , and his son, were drooling over them. They asked me to barter for a net or two if I would exhibit at the Pasadena show this weekend. I took their barter since it’s right here in my neck of the woods. All in all, it was great exposure and am hoping for the same at Pasadena. Please stop in and say hi if you're there. It would be great to see some of your friendly mugs. Andy (DublHaul) has generously offered to help out with the booth and will be there with me both days + Friday for the setup. THANKS ANDY!!!!!!!!
Setting up:

That's great news, about the Pleasanton show. Glad you did so well, hope you have the same success in Pasadena. With your craftsmanship, we all knew you would be a big hit. Setup looked great and the burls were a nice touch.
Lacey and I were at the show and have to back up the comment about Greg's being the best display at the show...... no doubts about that! A very classy display showing off his amazing craftsmanship. Anyone that can make it to the Pasadena show should really try to go just to see Greg's nets if nothing else........ but there's always lots of other things fishy to see at the Fly Fishing Show.
Thanks Everybody. Dray, the bench was dual purpose. I actually did do some shaping with files and rasps on a net. I am backed up 15 nets or so right now, so I need to be crankin'! Admittedly though, I did not have much down for it as the booth was usually busy.

Congrats on a successful show. Hope you do just as well at Pasadena.
Unfortunately, we didn't make the Pleasanton Show. I couldn't talk my daughter into driving 3 hrs to see fly fishing stuff. She's more of a doer, than shopper.
Great to finally meet you. Good to hear about your success at the Pasadena Fly Show. Those nets look great online, but seeing and handling them in person gives me a far greater appreciation of the quality of your work. I'm sure that you will be very busy in the coming years.
By the way, Steve did tie those 3 flies without a vise...
Saw the display, missed you. Every time I came by you some how vanished. I won't take it personally. ololol. I also like the leather net holders. Very cool.
