how can you tell it's a fly fisherman's garden

I blew this fly rod up on a large Calico board fishing last season.
I kept the rod thinking I could salvage the guides or turn the half stick into one of those practice wands with the yarn.

It turned out to be useful just not how I envisioned it.

Hopefully some fat tomatoes will put a nice bend in the rod. :D jon

When you say that rod is a "tomato stake", you really mean it's a tomato stake! :D

Ingenious! There is always a good use for a busted rod.

Great use of the busted rod Jon. Definitely more aesthetically pleasing to the fly fishers eye 8-)

Blk Krim is one of my favorites. I am growing blk Krim, blk cherries and another 10 varieties from seed. That is a great idea, I have just need to break a rod.
