Caught this

If anyoe was wondering about the strength of bamboo, That rod is a 3 wt taper! But I call it a 4 wt and casts a 4 wt line. It's a 6'-0" small stream rod I built.
Not bad.... not bad at all......

I tell ya, this rod has paid it's dues 10 times over so far. I am very happy with it!

Niiiiiiice! Bendo shots are so awesome. I thought that was a local for a second, and nearly flipped. Then I saw the shot with the river... Feel free to send me all of your plastic rods, since I doubt you'll ever fish them again. :mrgreen:
