Bill, you is a lucky man. Looks like you had a great trip. The Henry's Fork is a wonderful river . God bless your friend John, still at it in his mid 80's. Absolutely awesome !

Awesome report Bill!
Brings back so many memories. Those of us who fished in the late 70's and 80's had our famous characters as well.
On any given day, especially late June, on one side might be Ernest Schweibert and on the other side Jack Hemmingway. What a storied special river.

Legendary water for sure! I knew Mina Hemingway and she used to talk about the family trips to Henry's Fork.
When she owned the Austin Angler (With her then husband Jim Adams) I would buy my fishing license from them and she would sign the issuer as Ernest Hemingway.
