Special Casting Course

Join us Thursday evening 8/16 at 7pm for a special edition Long Beach Club Casting Course. It is laid out for fun and education providing you with an opportunity to practice essential casting skills before going fishing. There are nine casting stations including 4 on the water. Some of the skills required to reach a target will include roll casts, mending, double-hauls and a few others skills that you would use while fishing.

What you’ll need to join the fun: A 5wt or heaver 9’ foot rod. A target casting leader 7.5 foot long, 2X or heaver, with yarn fly.

There will be a BBQ with hot dogs, beans and potato salad before the Games. So come early and join the fun.
If you have not been to one of the Addicts Casting Games I host in Dana Point, here is your chance to try your skills at some interesting targets. BBQ at 6 PM games at 7 PM.
