Here's what looks like the final tally after this weekend's storms.

I guess they are predicting another series of storms for next weekend as well.

We ended up with around 30 inches total provided nothing else drops overnight.

They are predicting more for us too on WED then again from SAT-SUN. I guess it is snow fishing for me this weekend.

It's so wierd after 2 dismal years in Bakersfield of record shattering dry winters that we're actually getting some precipitation. I almost forgot what it's like for it to be "normal" around here which is still next to nothing. Nice pix Mike and I hope the storms keep coming so we can have some hope for a decent water year. I mean it's not like the state doesn't have enough problems already with the economy the way it is.
